When Krystal first contacted me I was excited because I love multi-day celebrations. She explained to me that her fiance, Shawn, is Guyanese/West Indian and that they would be having 2 different wedding ceremonies to incorporate both of their faiths. Their wedding weekend started off Friday evening with a traditional Indian Ceremony. The whole room was sparkling in gold and red accents, and Krystal wore a beautiful outfit to match. The ceremony was complete with many traditions symbolizing the 2 of them becoming husband and wife, and even included several dance performances. Then Saturday’s wedding kicked off with another beautiful ceremony, followed by a reception full of dancing, laughter, and delicious food! I loved seeing Krystal and Shawn and all of their family and friends join together to embrace different cultural traditions and celebrate their love.
